Endurance test is reliability test for quality.

It is repetition in one assumed condition.

This condition is decided one assumed customer's condition from someone's experience.

It is not for every customer's condition.

As the problem happened, the engineer makes a point of "unexpected problems".

Taguchi's Robust design is quality evaluation for products and process design.

Customer don't want a variation from deterioration and usage environment, as noise.

Robust design is researchment the infulence from the noise.

And it reduce the infulence by multipul factors for optimization.

It use Orthogonal array, S/N ratio and some statistical technique.

Taguchi's metod is the best way of prevention for unhappened problems.
